Job Description

Our Contract Logistics Global Product Management team is looking for a new team member to further drive business growth and profitability by standardising, enhancing and leveraging product standards, best practices, technologies, systems and services Your Role You will be working on the global enhancement and standardisation of KN Finished Goods Logistics. Your Responsibilities

  • Definition of operational product requirements of Finished Goods Logistics and development of product solutions in close collaboration with the global Head of Product Management Finished Goods Logistics
  • Product enhancement by operational benchmarking, implementation of latest technology and the creation of best practices
  • Identification of innovation needs in close collaboration with customer development and with innovation to support POCs
  • Definition and mapping of processes and information system requirements to enable product standard enhancement
  • Development and documentation of new product services in close alignment with Customer Development and the global Head of Product Management Finished Goods Logistics
Your Skills and Experiences
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of Consumer Service / Product
  • Experience in Contract Logistics, including continuous improvement, operational and engineering skills in warehousing and distribution
  • Solution design, from simple to leading complex/automated solutions design
  • Project management skills and experience, to drive the product development and in-depth understanding of the industry
  • Process optimization skills (Lean methodology) / Ideally Black belt
  • Leading analytical skills and a love for data
  • Good knowledge of the landscape and possibilities of the automation solutions
  • Experience with the implementation and usage of automated material handling and logistics systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively at short notice
