Career Area: Marketing / Sales / Product Support The Construction Industries Services Division has an exciting opportunity for Global Condition Monitoring Manager. As the Global Condition Monitoring Manager, you will have the opportunity to significantly increase Caterpillar?ssuccess to convert aftermarket opportunities into dealer part sales byanticipating customers service & repair needs with real-time customersoperations insights. The role will provide leadership in designing and theof predictive condition monitoring for Caterpillar?s construction customers.You will lead a team to embed condition monitoring into all aftermarketcommercial offerings by accelerating deployment of real time, conditionmonitoring Prioritized Service Events (PSE) within Caterpillar and Caterpillar Dealers. Additionally, this position will coordinate the condition monitoringinsight requirements for Cat Digital and Machine Business Divisions and will work with DSDs in terms of Dealer Cap and Cap requirements. In summary, you will be responsible for intentionally leading customers to genuine parts sales and services offers through timely and relevant offers, avoiding customerdowntime, increasing productivity and reducing O&O cost. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Develop Critical Customer Requirements by Segment
• Partner w/Cat Digital and Product Groups to Build Failure Models & Condition Monitoring-Parts Sales Events (CM-PSE) by Segment
• Translate CM-PSEs to Channel Specific Recommendations across Retail/Core/Managed segments.
• Design & develop Channel Specific Commercial Offers across Retail/Core/Managed segments.
• Activate commercial offers by channel & prepare go-to-market to be embedded in all dealer commercial offerings.
• Coordination of prime product and components failure models data/ frequency process
• Design of dealer capability & capacity with Dealer Services business units.
• Lead the Cond Monitoring Advisors Teams
• Communicate verbal recommendations as required to customer and their Caterpillar dealers.
• Builds collaborative relationships & acts as a consultant with equipment management personnel.

Team Leadership: Daily activities of coordinating, coaching, allocation of resources, etc. for the various teams this role works with including direct reports and team members with dotted line accountability.Works closely with internal business partners including Segment Services teams, Cat Digital and Regional Dealer Services Divisions. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Requires 10-15 years of broad experience in the sales/marketing/product support disciplines and a successful track record of driving change and transformation in large organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Machine NPI process knowledge
• Requires thorough knowledge of company products and product applications, as well as a thorough dealer understanding.
• Key skills will include strategic vision and excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• Top Candidates will also have:
  • Working knowledge of equipment, technology products, financial products and product support
  • Superior relationship building skills and the ability to execute through a team of Caterpillar, Dealer, and Customer personnel
  • Superior communication skills ? both written and verbal ? that range from operational and technical discussions to Dealer Principal and Executive presentations
  • Demonstrated deep subject matter expertise and experience in equipment condition monitoring.
  • Field experience working with/for Cat Dealers or customers
