Position Title:????????Gifted & Talented Students Management Section HeadEmployment Type:????Full Time?Salary:??????????????up to 55K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:????????Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:?An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAEs public education sector??Contribute to the formulation of strategic objectives and plans for the Inclusion department with the aim to ensure effective and efficient services across ESE, in line with ESE?s overall strategy, mission and vision.??Manage the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Education Sectors.?Manage communication efforts with Education Sectors and relevant stakeholders in order to ensure common understanding and consistency of department? plans and objectives.??Execute necessary actions / decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of ESE?s strategy, sector and department? objectives.?Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget of the Inclusion department based on strategic plans in coordination with Finance.Qualifications:??Open to Arabic nationals?50 years old and below?Bachelor?s degree preferably in Education, School Management, Special Education, or any relevant field?Master?s degree in Education or any relevant field is a plus??Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Education sector and/or School Operations?Immediately joiners will be prioritized
