? Ensure conformity of company?s bank account with IFR standards; reconcile bank statements against the general ledger, and clear accounts assigned. ? Ensure the financial position of the company is calculated daily.? Administer the company?s cash management system and their payment mechanism.? Coordinate the statutory audit and respond to all queries.? Ensure the efficient management of the company?s bank accounts.? Prepare reports on discrepancies and variances and recommend appropriate corrective measures to management.? Ensure that standards of quality and quantity of work are met, support the effective and efficient functioning of the company, and support the achievement of company strategic goals and objectives.? Meet accounting and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions.? Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.? Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.? Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.?
