We are looking for General Manager- Solar Plant for Dubai, UAEPurpose:. End-to-end management of the PV panel manufacturing plant in Dubai from pre-setup phase to commissioning to seamless operations thereafter. The incumbent will provide commercial & technical leadership across operations, supply chain, business development and financial management. Job Responsibilities/Account abilities: ? Analyze and report Plant performance on daily basis. ? Achieve the contractual Plant performance parameters, Manpower management and planning of PM schedules and implementation of the same ? Preparation of daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly PM activities and implementation ? Provide expert technical guidance to the team and be able to demonstrate, as and when required. ? Contracts evaluation, Ensures compliance with state, local and federal legal requirements ? Maintain all onsite records and documentation in an accurate and up to date manner, including but not limited to records for maintenance and site permit compliance. ? Provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting needed for Management. ? Negotiate contracts to increase revenue, lower operating costs, and increase operational efficiencies ? Develop procedures and policies. ? Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of projects from construction to operations (where applicable), up to and including involvement in projects during the development and construction phases. ? Create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders, Aid in the development of new business opportunities for the company. ? Perform other duties as required by the Management. ? Ensure that standards of quality and quantity of work are met and support the achievement of company strategic goals and objectives.
