  • Drive aggressive store sales and profitability while ensuring process adherence across all stores.
  • Implement trade activities in line with Purchase Department objectives to push for meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Purchase Department to manage inventory levels and optimize product mix with maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets by developing effective marketing and executing promotional campaigns.
