Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and drive the overall operations, sales, and growth of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, team management, and ensuring the companys long-term success in the competitive real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational Management:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

  • Monitor real estate market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to increase property sales and leasing.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and effective sales strategies.
Financial & Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage the companys financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure profitability by optimizing costs and increasing revenue streams.
  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and teams.
