Bachelor?s/ Master?s degree in Business Management and/or equivalent work experience.? 8 - 10 years in leadership role managing Sales & Operations, business process in the residential and commercial building materials distribution in UAE.? Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing, mentoring, and developing leaders.? Experience developing and implementing business strategies.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and customer service skills.? Responsible for growing the distribution and sales segment of the Building hardware materials business.? Other key responsibilities include management of sales and operational teams, financial oversight, development and execution of growth strategies, customer service, vendor management, P&L, balance sheet and asset management.? Devising and implementing business plans, and identifying new strategic opportunities to ensure long term profitability and growth of the business.? Directing and coordinating organizations financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.? Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.? Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.? Maintaining a deep level of knowledge of industry and markets.
