We pride ourselves on delivering custom-fit solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.Our client is hiring for: General Manager (Reporting to Director of Operations)1. Annual Business Plan, Revenue Targets, and Expense Budgets:

  • Develop the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and forecast progress against the plan throughout the year.
  • Initiate corrective action, if required, to drive optimal performance and achieve financial targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
2. Commercial Strategy and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input into the annual commercial strategy, including marketing, social media, and PR.
  • Participate in sales and other activities to promote and improve the businesss profile in the market.
3. Revenue Management and Reservation Optimization:
  • Develop and maintain effective revenue management and up-selling processes to maximize revenues per cover.
  • Ensure restaurant reservations are managed efficiently and in a customer-friendly manner to optimize covers and reduce reservation cycle times.
4. Expense Control and Collaboration:
  • Liaise closely with the Executive Chef and relevant managers to control expenses and achieve budgeted food costs.
5. Proposal of Improvement Initiatives:
  • Propose new marketing, product, and service improvement initiatives for review and input by F&B management on an ongoing basis.
6. Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor reports, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Develop business proposals for changes or innovations needed to maintain and improve market share.
7. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the business.
8. Quality of Service and Standards:
  • Ensure consistently high personalized service standards.
  • Maintain good food quality and presentation in line with customers expectations.
  • Establish effective processes for service recovery and complaint handling, if required.
9. SOP Compliance and Customer Recognition:
  • Ensure all required SOP and other standards are maintained at all times.
  • Implement processes to recognize repeat customers and their preferences.
