Job Description

Our client is a newly established Real Estate Brokerage/Valuation company based in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and managing the operation
  • Increasing the sales pipeline of the real estate business
  • Connecting with real estate owners, banking institutions, and other entities
  • Hiring and training new brokers
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Should be an MRICS certified
  • Should be having a good experience as in leadership role for brokerage in real estate business
  • Will be leading a team of brokers.
  • Should be able to drive the energy within the team to get the business.
  • Willing to travel within UAE market
