Bentleyrecords.io FZE, a subsidiary of Bentley Records, LLC in New York City which is one of the most successful independent record labels, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, business development, and team leadership, as well as a passion for the music industry.Bentleyrecords.io will be introducing their Web3 & Blockchain Platform soon!Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of Bentleyrecords.io in Dubai, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the companys performance and growth, including identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, producers, distributors, and industry partners
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Oversee the companys financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
