We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and loyal Warehouse Manager. Your main responsibility will be to manage the operations of the business and the staff, as well as keeping the Managing Director?s back free.As our # 2 we 100% rely on you, so we do need at least 5 years of previous relevant experience in managing a warehouse and or building a business in the UAE. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will fill his roles when he is not in the office. Your responsibility portfolio will also include sales and management of key accounts.We think that personal chemistry and mutual trust are vital for this role. We need someone who is not afraid to speak truth to power, we want you to do the things right and act as a sounding board to the Managing Director. We look for someone who is loyal, process and planning strong, detail-oriented, yet pragmatic and willing to make decisions when needed. You have proven your talent to act as a conduit between operations and management, work closely with leadership and translate their strategic and tactical ideas into high quality processes. You relish in preparing details and structure, you own the 80% in 80/20. You take great pride in your work and representing the business you work for with loyalty and passion.
