Job Description

Novel Insight Property is a fast-growing real estate consultancy specializing in luxury properties across Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive strategic business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company?s overall strategy in the real estate sector.
  • Lead and oversee the operations of sales, marketing, HR, and finance departments to achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers such as EMAAR, DAMAC, and SOBHA.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the companys competitiveness in the luxury real estate market.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to enhance performance and productivity.
