Job Description

The mission is to link the various departments of the company, monitor coordination among them, intervene in case of need, monitor the performance of these departments, and ensure that they implement the plans approved by the senior management to the fullest. Develop and implement corporate strategies.Functional tasks:

  • Coordinating and linking the various departments of the company, developing communication mechanisms among them according to the principle of powers and duties, and finding solutions in the event of problems arising in these mechanisms.
  • Monitoring the performance of all departments and ensuring that they carry out their basic tasks on time and submit the required reports with high accuracy.
  • Providing the direct manager with the required information and reports from the various departments on a regular basis, so that he is aware of the progress of work.
  • Developing the companys policies and upgrading them continuously and focusing on strategic plans.
  • Determining defects and shortcomings, if any, correcting them, and taking the necessary measures according to the powers granted to the defaulters when necessary.
  • Increasing the companys annual profits by increasing sales, reducing expenses, and continuous development.
  • Adopting a policy of building and strengthening the human element and building the second row of departments.
