Your role:?Looking to engage with candidates who carry a strong commercial and marketing background in the branded consumer business. We are looking for a candidate who would have ideally started his career in marketing, progressed to overseeing holistic operations with manufacturing and supply chain reporting into him/her. You would own the development and deployment of business strategy, drive the strategic growth and be accountable for overall performance. Managing stakeholders, you would look at enhancing profitability and creating an organization about sustainable growth. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Identify and add in value-added products to the portfolio, new channels and markets for growth.
