Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our apartment renovation project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works along with interior finishing works like ceiling, tiles, plaster, and paint. Quality checking and coordination with vendors and labor teams is a key responsibility.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and monitor works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
  • Oversee finishing works such as false ceiling, tile installation, plastering, and painting.
  • Maintain quality standards as per project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
  • Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle labor and material management.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3?5 years of experience in site supervision, especially in residential or apartment renovation.
  • Strong knowledge of systems and interior finishing materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Familiar with quality control standards and inspection procedures.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • Certification or training in works is a plus.
  • Experience with renovation or interior fit-out projects.
