Job Description

  • Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
  • Collaborate with the shift in charge and other personnel to ensure the proper availability of machines during planned maintenance activities.
  • Plan a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule in advance and ensure a smooth workflow in the company.
  • Collaborate with concerned team members in implementing sound preventive maintenance activities to rectify and avoid technical issues.
