Supervises the day-to-day operations of the maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Travel to Villas and businesses office on a daily basis as scheduled.
Adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities.
Determine needs and discuss all solution methods.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues.
Repair damaged HVAC systems.
Perform plumbing and Electrical Work.
Handle emergency maintenances and repair works.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ?international best practice?, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Supervise Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed.
Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet HALJ and Maintenance department requirements, policies and standards.Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean and good working conditions.
Operate maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.
