Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Fabrication: Help in cutting, shaping, and preparing glass for various uses.
  • Installation Support: Aid in the installation of glass in windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and other structures.
  • Transport Materials: Load, unload, and transport glass and related materials to and from job sites.
  • Tool and Equipment Handling: Prepare, organize, and maintain tools and equipment used for glasswork.
  • Safety Practices: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use protective gear as required.
  • Clean-Up: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the disposal of scrap materials and debris.
  • Measurements and Layouts: Assist in measuring and marking materials for cutting and fitting.
  • Quality Control: Help in inspecting finished products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to provide information and ensure satisfaction.
