Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are looking for a dedicated General Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, including coordinating and scheduling work activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Managing and supervising construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards, quality issues, and deviations from project plans, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to coordinate work activities, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and training to construction teams to foster a culture of teamwork, productivity, and excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, materials usage, and personnel attendance to support project documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing construction activities.
