Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the F&B sector, and will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Generate reports on financial status, cash flow, and budget performance for management review
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets
  • Provide insights and analysis for financial planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and reporting
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
