Responsibilities:?Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including recording invoicing, bookings, voucher filings, and compliance with FTA UAE VAT Laws.?Ensure timely reconciliation of suppliers and clients every 30 days, ensuring books of accounts are in agreement with vendors, supported by proper approvals and documentation.?Maintain records of invoices, delivery notes, receipts, payments, and other relevant documents.?Oversee petty cash management, including booking, filing records/vouchers, and documentation for audits.?Handle GL accounting until the finalization of Trial Balance and Financial Reports.?Manage job creation, job costing, profitability analysis, and job audits.?Prepare, release, control, and record labor and admin staff payroll, including overtime release.?Control bank accounts through online access, perform daily bank reconciliations, and update PDC schedules.Qualifications:?The ideal candidate must be an Accounting Graduate with a professional qualification, extensive ERP experience, and a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, with an overall 10 years of experience.?The candidate should be willing to join immediately.??
