Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by managing and verifying our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an accountant, preferably in real estate and facilities management.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily transactions, verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements for all company accounts.
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Analyze property and asset management reports for accuracy and performance.
