General AccountantJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :?Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.?Processing payroll.?Completing reports on a regular basis and providing information to the head of Accounts.?Assisting with budgets.?Reconciliation of Payable and receivables.?Completing bank reconciliations.?Entering financial information into appropriate software programs.?Managing company ledgers.?Processing business expenses.?Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.?Managing day-to-day transactions.?Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.?Completing the month end entries with coordination of Head of Accounts?Posting accruals and prepayments?Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts?Any other duties assigned by Head of Accounts.
