Job Description

Job RoleThe job role will be responsible for bookkeeping and preparing monthly financial reports as per IFRS

  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions on same day of transaction occurrence.
  • Manage full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc
  • Preparation of purchasing orders for vendors after verifying their licences and financial papers requirements.
  • Reports VAT by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
  • Disburses petty cash by recording entry, verifying documentation.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to management before 2nd of the new month.
  • Maintain records of bank account statements, debit and credit cards, petty cash statements monthly.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and ensure reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis
  • Receiving, verifying, and releasing employee compensation as per HR Payroll sheet and commission reports.
  • Enforce the documentation process of assets and inventory in & out.
  • Maintain records of monthly inventory for tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct quartely asset inspection for equipment, tools, and inventory item.
  • Receive purchasing requests from various departments and verifies the request validity against the budget and current resources.
  • Maintain records of vendors agreements and contracts.
  • Payment of vendors, scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Collect payment receipts from vendors for paid amounts.
  • Collect CEO signature for payroll, commissions, and vendor payments.
