The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warehouse management, particularly in the automotive sector. The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the United Arab Emirates.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations related to the storage, handling, and distribution of cars.Ensure efficient utilization of space and resources in the warehouse.Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff.Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets operational goals and targets.Inventory Control:Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures.Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.Quality Control:Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the condition of cars is maintained during storage and handling.Documentation:Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching cars.Health and Safety:Enforce and adhere to safety standards and procedures within the warehouse.Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.Reporting:Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.Compliance:Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE automotive industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.Familiarity with local regulations and customs procedures related to the automotive industry in the UAE.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
