Job Description

2.3. Participates in calculating production inventory norms based on determining the needs for material resources (raw materials, materials, equipment, components, etc.).2.4. Conducts supplier search, considering:

  • Quality of offered material and technical resources;
  • Price;
  • Delivery deadlines;
  • Favorable delivery conditions;
  • Logistics.
2.5. Works with suppliers, namely:
  • Prepares and adjusts pre-contractual documentation;
  • Conducts negotiations with suppliers to place orders and agree on terms and delivery deadlines;
  • Signs contracts with suppliers;
  • Prepares claims against suppliers for their contractual obligations violations, monitors the preparation of calculations for these claims, and agrees on changes to the concluded contracts with suppliers.
2.6. Ensures the delivery of material resources for the organization from suppliers and sellers in accordance with the conditions and deadlines specified in the contracts.
