Job Responsibilities :The e-commerce fulfillment manager will oversee all aspects of eCommerce order receipt, order preparation, and order fulfillment to satisfaction of customers.? Manage all areas of the warehouse and fulfillment operations for the e-commerce customers? Ensure all e-commerce orders are fulfilled in full and as per the agreed SLAs with each customer? Measure and report performance KPIs on customer level? Monitor and control the cost? Ensure continuous improvements to the operations? Partner with other cross-functional managers on staffing scheduling and coordination of critical resources required to successfully execute the fulfillment plan? This is a working management position. The ideal candidate will be able to balance working in the warehouse, managing the warehouse staff members, and completing all other functions of the job.? Plan for peak seasons to make sure that the agreed service levels are met? Ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy
