Job Description

The position of Front Office Receptionist at Popeye Jetski Rental requires to be able to:

  • Opening and closing the place, having it ready for the day.
  • Receiving and confirming the booking.ÿ
  • Welcoming the guests. Bookings or walk ins.ÿ
  • Selling our activities.ÿ
  • Having the contracts/waivers signed by the clients before going on the activities.
  • Using the POS.ÿ
  • Collecting payment (cashier).
  • Answering the phone, whatsapp, emails, and reviews.ÿ
  • Being social, smiling, and professional.ÿ
  • Closing the day.ÿ
  • Reporting to the management.ÿ
