Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, letters and route candidates to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Ability to organize and facilitate various events and projects.
  • Set up meeting and event logistics for senior management and update their calendars.
  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings across multiple timezones.
  • Travel managemnt ( Flight booking, Visa handling)
  • Assist in scheduling conference rooms and arrange travel and hotels for meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and document management, leave management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient and seamless office operations.
  • Address and resolve client and visitor inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure security and confidentiality protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-oriented and the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
