  • Managing the Front office departmentefficiently and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • A Senior leader of the Rooms Division leadership team
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal guest service excellence
  • Effective recruitment, selection and training for all positions within the dept.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to teams on rooms occupancy, arrival and departures, functions /event and special attention that is needed.
  • To participate in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performanceYour team and working environment:
