Job Description

?????????To anticipate member needs whenever possible, ensuring the customer is treated correctly on each user occasion, delivering the quality of the service needed to ensure customer loyalty is maintained.

  • To carry out thorough daily, weekly and monthly maintenance inspections in accordance with operational procedures and policies and to report faulty or defective equipment to the Duty Manager immediately.
  • To complete all daily and weekly tasks and relevant checklists.
