The opportunityAn exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business to manage a panel of services for a new flagship high rise building in Dubai built with high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring all areas and dip check that previous issued have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
• Performing routine inventory duties including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
• Reception covering including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors to reception.
• Handling corporate events by assisting with set up of venue and provide assistance to meet requirements.
• Ensuring that the look and feel of the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
• Ensuring that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
• Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
• Assisting with clients reports as required.
• Delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
• Carrying out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.
• Representing Mace delivering business first-class service to support complex, multi-disciplined site and the requirements of the client.
• Being responsible for the end-to-end care of all staff and visitor on site.
• Being responsible and accountable for all activities within their remit and should highlight or escalate any concerns which may impact the clients reputation.

You have experience in front office. You have good people management skills. You are able to deliver and manage associates satisfaction and engagement. You have excellent communication skills both written and oral. You are able of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers and service providers. You are native or fluent in Arabic, Russian or Mandarin. #LI-Hybrid
