Job descriptionDogventure is a pet care and entertainment facility located in Al qouz 3, looking forward to hiring front desk manager to perform the following duties Serve as the primary liaison with the DV front desk department. Collects and listens to customer complaints to be forwarded to customer success department within the same day of the complaint. Oversees FD daily operations to ensure policies and procedures are always followed. Oversees daily activity log for FD. Ensure database accuracy of members information when enrolling new member. Collect and deposit cash to the finance department daily, inspect cash register drawer counts and complete after-shift reports. Monitor and maintain lost and found log, communicate lost items to members and keep records of delivering receipts. Monitor the update of FD materials such as outdoor events Timetable, promotions, packages for corporate, grooming packages and pet care activities. Monitor software access, admin privileges, database backup, technical support tickets and coordinate additional requirements, bugs, and enhancement features with the software provider. Update the system with pricing schemes as per direct manager guidelines. Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost property, and repairs and ensuring information is delegated to and resolved by the direct manager. Oversees daily operation of cleaning staff, monitor facility cleaning standards, keep accurate attendance of cleaners, and submit cleaning company evaluation report monthly to the direct manager. Handling enquires about Facility membership freezing, cancellation or refund through coordination with customer success department as per SOP.
