Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests. . Provide a warm welcome to the guests, register and process check in for all arrivals and update the guest information in the system. . Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon the departure of the guests. Your experience and skills include: . Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting . Knowledge in Opera system . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service Your team and working environment: .
