Freight Solutions ManagerLocation -Dubai, ,United Arab Emirates (AE)Job ID -4528This role is responsible for the Training and improvement of the CargoWise processes which will include Invoice review, planning and implementation, providing solutions to Operations, freight specialists & accounts and training of key users on all CW modules.Job Responsibilities* Reviewing the monthly bill of WiseTech and reporting discrepancies * Manage the User training, system changes, and System upgrades. * Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Aramex stations and global teams) to train and provide system solutions considering the business rules. * Create regular system checks to monitor users actions, data integrity, and KPIs * Work closely with key stakeholders at the stations to ensure proper execution of the system processes and ensure the system has covered all gaps and needs * Identify and manage business risks and work with key stakeholders to resolve any conflicts and issues * Train and manage resources allocated to the area of responsibility within the stations via direct or dotted reporting line, to ensure all operators are familiar with Aramex processes and systems, products, sub-products or vertical productsJob Requirements (Experience and Education)* Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or any other relevant field * 5-7 years in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills * Strong project management and analytical skills * CargoWise1 know-how preferred (CargoWise Certified Professional is required)Company Overview:Since our founding in 1982 we have grown to become a world leader in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for business and consumers.
