Job Description

Job descriptionBuild new and retain strong relationships with customers to ensure overall company?s growth into a leadership position in the market, while achieving individual sales targets.Responsibilities

  1. Participate in developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  3. Effectively promote company?s services and be able to predict clients? needs.
  4. Prepare sales contracts/agreements while ensuring adherence to company-established rules and guidelines as well as profitability targets.
  5. Negotiate prices and contracts? terms.
  6. Initiate to solve customers? conflicts through effective negations while ensuring customers? satisfaction and company?s profitability at a time.
  7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  8. Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship to develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
  9. Explore new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring a maximum penetration of Posta Plus Group into the market.
  10. Achieve individual sales target.
  11. Increase awareness about the company and its products.
  12. Attend to customers? calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
  13. Develop and implement a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for maximizing growth of existing customers and gaining new businesses.
  14. Confidentially maintain a detailed, up to date database for all company?s customers and prospects.
  15. Monitor customers? performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure Company?s service level. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer
  16. Prepare reports and submit them to management.
  17. Update customer information in Zoho and ICOS. ( need access )
  18. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
