  • Manage back office functions ? data organization, filing, documents for submission, and new client account files.
  • Responsible for closure of files for completed projects.
  • Manage the daily cargo operations via documentations and communications with agents who are based in Africa.
  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Generate regular reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of freight forwarding operations.
