An Educational Institute is looking for a Freelance/Part-time Business Development Manager1.Someone who has a similar experience and is willing to do outdoor, door to door or word of mouth marketing.2.Someone who can recruit at least 1 - 5 Students in a month.3. Candidate must be fluent in English.4. Candidates who can speak in Arabic, Hindi or Urdu will have an added advantage.5. Candidates may have a valid UAE Residence Visa but we can provide a Residence Visa for those who are able to recruit at least 2 Students within the 1 to 2 months and maintain at least 1 Student recruitment per month afterwards.6. Candidates must have a good network of senior management executives or managers, friends, families and co-workers interested in studying for either themselves or their wards.Working days/Time: Flexible/OutdoorRemuneration:Fully Commission based with no basic Salary, but depending on the Programme you have recruited a Student for, you can earn a Commission of between AED4,000 - AED9,000 per Student.Terms and Conditions of Remuneration:1. At least AED8,000 - AED18,000 must be paid per Student to earn Full Commissions2. Alternatively, the commission would be paid on a pro-rated basis of 40% of the 1st Installment paid by the Student.Job Types: Part-time, Contract, CommissionSalary: AED4,000.00 to AED9,000.00 /month
