Type: Freelance basis with a view of full time from beginning 2025Overview:We?re seeking a skilled Finance Manager with hospital and/or Polyclinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial management in healthcare settings.To ensure success, Finance Managers should also have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of the organization. Top candidates will have outstanding communication and report writing skills with suberb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial tasks and projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Conduct financial reports, lead month-end closings, and perform financial forecasts.
  • Develop plans for budgeting and financial strategies.
  • Manage equity and debt to optimize profit.
  • Oversee fund procurement, investments, and risk calculations.
  • Provide financial insights to improve business performance.
  • Track and manage metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
  • IASB accreditation and CPA license.
  • 5 years of Finance Manager experience in a hospital and/ or Polyclinic.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and financial planning software.
