Job Description

The digital team at MediaMonks Dubai is looking for an Arabic-speaking content manager at a freelance capacity with experience in web authoring and content management. The candidate will support a multinational team in major launches for high-profile clients in the region.Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with project team members, including content managers, project managers, developers, QA analysts for content requests of the project.
  • Utilize the CMS, spreadsheets, task board and other tools to implement and align on content tasks.
  • Create new pages/templates and customizing them according to the requests.
  • Modify content in existing pages by either amending text --shared by team members-- or uploading new assets/images/videos.
  • Publish and review pages to ensure that they follow the intended design and are behaving as expected.
  • Flag any observed issues when executing tasks and raise them to the team members.
  • Support developers by identifying if a certain issue in a page is content-related or if it requires a fix from the technical side.
Requirements
  • Speak English and Arabic.
  • Experience working with different CMSs ?Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Experience working with project management tools ? JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience communicating with different capabilities and team members to deliver digital projects deliverables.
  • Have an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • As a structured and accurate person, you can work independently, making sure that all relevant input is entered into the right systems on time.
  • You can provide clear updates and actions to team members from around the world in both English and Arabic.
  • Comfortable with autonomy and have a successful track record of working independently when needed
