We are in the process of restructuring the organization and our team based in Dubai. The company is now seeking to hire SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT professionals for developing the recruitment business who are willing to work on FREELANCE basis. This is a contractual job and excellent sales incentives are available for the right candidates. There is no fixed salary available for this job however all expenses will be reimbursed and sales incentives will be provided for business acquired.This position is open only to candidates who are currently on a ?Dependent Visa? in UAE and who would like to gain valuable experience in the area of Business Development & Sales. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? Develop the recruitment business by identifying and acquiring new clients for the company.? Acquire new recruitment mandates from new and existing corporate clients.? Client Management and Client Acquisition. ? Close new business deals by coordinating recruitment requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.? Work on achieving a monthly target of recruitment fees for the business based on a sales and business development strategy in coordination with senior management.
