Our CP teams work together to create the success that Givaudan thrives on and brings together a variety of skill sets ? creation and evaluation, consumer market research, marketing, sampling, sales, customer relations, and QC, and we have a selection of key competencies present in each region.Our Fragrances Evaluators are olfactive development specialists whose primary goal is to guide perfumers in the fragrance development. To do so, Evaluator?s have a strategic view and analyse current olfactive trends, forecast future trends, and assess consumer preferences.We currently have a 6-month?Internship?opportunity for our Fragrances Consumer Products Personal Care Development (Evaluation) team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our fragrance development experts and will help you to translate and extend your theoretical knowledge and understanding of fragrances and applications to practical experiences and enriched learnings.The role reports to the Personal Care Creative Fragrance Director for the Middle East & North Africa, offering excellent personal and professional development opportunities. The internship period would be full-time for 5 days a week for 6 months and could be extended later on depending on our evolving business needs in the region.You will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. • Responsible and demanding project work.
• Participation in a wide range of tasks with the Fragrance Consumer Products Evaluation team, including but not limited to:

a) Develop basic fragrance understanding, including history, raw materials, fragrances families, and perfume archetypes through guided learning and self-study.b) Undertake assignments in category teams and develop a deep understanding of evaluation protocols, market and consumer dynamics, best sellers and best smellers within the categories.c) Understand the brief processes and develop the ability to complete simple briefs with coaching from the Creative Fragrance Director.d) Shadow senior evaluators on real-time briefs.e) Undertake assignments in other departments to gain an in-depth understanding of related functions in the organisation

• Evaluation of training programme: Commit to and complete all stages of the Evaluation training programme on time as agreed with the Creative Fragrances Team Director responsible for guiding and training.
• Close collaboration with other x-functional teams: marketing, commercial, pricing, and quality.
• Flat hierarchies in an open-minded team.
• Support other administrative tasks when required.
• Integration into an international working environment.
