A Pricing Coordinator with the global leader in the creation of Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing, an essential member of our Fragrance & Beauty Regional Pricing team, providing important support for our business and customers in the SAMEA (South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa) region while being based in our Dubai office - Your future position?Our Pricing team ensures that Givaudan offers our niche products to customers at the appropriate value and price point to promote sustainable growth.As a ?Pricing Coordinator? for our Fragrance & Beauty division, you will deliver quality price setting and maintenance for our teams and customers in the SAMEA region. You will guarantee compliance with the pricing guidelines as an element of the pricing strategy. You will work with all the critical partners in the pricing process.This exciting and engaging role offers a broad range of responsibilities, high visibility and the opportunity to contribute and grow with our organisation. Through your strategic ability and sound business understanding, you will support the sub-regions and help Givaudan continue to fulfil our purpose and commercial goals for the region. You will be based in our regional headquarters office in Dubai Media City. The role offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development. This is an open contract role with us for 1 year to start with. Your monthly payroll will be processed by a 3rd party partner. • Responsible for updates of prices and price conditions for all products.
• Ensures compliance with pricing guidelines and accurate entry of prices by products and customers into the SAP system.
• Work with sales and customer care teams to identify and analyse discrepancies between SAP and order prices and resolve pricing issues.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis of selling prices.
• Ensure consistent pricing principles are followed in SAP and be responsible for SAP pricing process development and improvement.
• Ensure that the price entry is aligned with SAP logic and is audit-compliant.
• Assist the pricing team in cost/price modelling, price adjustment implementation, and compilation of cost & pricing data.
• Ensure compliance with Regional and Global pricing guidelines and procedures.
• Responsible for regular pricing report development and optimisation.
• Provide project support for enhancing pricing systems and tools, including system testing and system migration, and help the commercial team get the most efficient data support.
