Job Description

Functional ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Service

  • Become the perfect ?GUIDE? by providing superior customer service
  • Actively engage customers by distributing blotters outside the kiosks and areas assigned by the Line Manager
  • Advise customers on products and help them make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions, information and opinions.
  • Maximise sales in the outlet through high levels of customer service, presentation, and appropriate stock levels.
  • Achieve add-on sales through customer directory, establish contact on new ranges/items back in stock
  • Monitor best sellers for prime positioning
  • Prepare sales report on daily basis
  • Assist in the Shop / Outlet inventory control and ordering and receiving products.
Audit and Loss Prevention
  • Be vigilant at all times and report suspicious incidents
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Actively participate in stock counts and inventories?
