What you will doThe FP&A Manager is a key role based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Finance Director of Air Distribution International Business of EMEA & APAC region. You will be leading FP&A for ADI business worth $40M in the EMEA & APAC region, and support the business to facilitate the budget review process and assist in the decision making by preparing necessary analytical reports, back-up information, bridges, and other necessary information, also by gathering market and business intelligence (competition, market trends, etc.) to generate accurate projections. Liaise with?business stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations and provide periodic updates to the Finance Director or as when required.?As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our region.?How you will do itAs an FP&A Manager, you will conduct a periodic review with proper reasoning of the financial and operational results to assess its performance. Lead the preparation, coordination and support Finance Director in the finalization of annual plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlook, monthly operations review, weekly secured/revenue/SINC tracking and ad-hoc requirements, and responsibilities include:* Ensure forecasts are accurate and updated on a regular basis to facilitate management?s decision-making process* Conduct regular analysis of Business KPIs for monthly reporting purposes* Provide any other analytical reports relating to Budgets & Operations as and when required* Perform necessary market studies & due diligence to support the financial projections* Prepare a full sensitivity analysis of the financial projections and present relevant ROI metrics for management review* Team up with the concerned business stakeholder to find out solutions* You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong channel partner relationships, self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your territory growth
