Were interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!*We are looking for a FP&A Lead MEA & Turkey*What this job involves :* Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the businesss medium to long term financial and strategic plan * Management and development of Companys top down, bottom up and long term plans and forecasts across the entire financial and across internal and external stakeholder groups * Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in the region * Lead the development of financial models and provision of financial analysis to support strategic initiatives * Provide data driven analysis to deliver meaningful insights into business performance and to support recommendations for executive decision making * Ensure integrity of work when receiving and handling sensitive and confidential information * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders as required. * Work with Business Lines heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts * Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors * Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance * Utilizing Reporting tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance * Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the department performance and results * Provide monthly detailed analysis and commentary on variance analysis reports to EMEA * Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives * Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations * Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability * Coordinating between countries (MENA, Africa & Turkey) to generate combined results * Ad hoc task as required by CFO / Senior management, like analysis of office move etc.Desired skills and experience for this job:* 5 - 7 years of work experience in a similar role * Preferable experience in a professional services / consulting firm * Must be a self-starter and able to take responsibility for delivering quality workPersonal Qualities and Behavioral Traits* Organized and Deadline driven * Effective Planning and Time Management skills * Ability to establish effective working relationships with various external contacts * Strong communicator with an out-going personalityWhat you can expect from us:We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.
