They are currently seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire a FP&A Lead in Dubai.Client DetailsOur client is a leader in the design, production, and distribution of eyeglasses, frames, and sunglasses worldwide. They have a network of over 100,000 employees spread across more than 150 centres which they have successfully used to provide more than 400 million individuals around the world access to effective vision care.DescriptionManage all finance processes for the region - weekly sales reporting, monthly closing, forecast and budgeting to ensure timely completion, with close collaboration with local finance teamsConsolidate, review and supervise data and dashboards to enable analysisPerform P&L and any ad-hoc analysis on lenses business outlining and commenting main trends and differences vs BDG or PY helping the management to highlight risks and opportunitiesAssist data management in finance / BI toolsAct as a finance partner in system projectsAd hoc enquiries according to management requests: data crunching and report productionReporting re-design, optimizing reports to assist management, marketing and commercial teams in tracking actual resultsThe areas of responsibilities include:Finance process coordination and follow-upData consolidation, review and analysisData management within BI, and system issue resolutionOther ad-hoc activitiesHe/she will also be expected to maintain close collaboration and actively support/follow-up with the Finance teams in each country of the META perimeter and to work closely with META Finance team.ProfileData management and consolidation, big data crunchingSolid experience with Excel and Power PointStrong problem solving skillsStrong analytic skills, details orientedEducational Background in General Accounting/ManagementAt least 5 years of experience in Finance and Business AnalysisSome experience with AX Dynamics and SAPCollaborative, proactive, integrity and a mindset to growJob OfferThe ideal candidate for this role will be offered a monthly competitive salary and an opportunity to work with a large and diversified team.
