FP&A Executive

Job Description

The job holder of this position is responsible for analyzing risks and economic trends and guiding thebusiness, to assist in measurement, planning and forecasting of activities and implications on incomestatement and balance sheet and to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts/techniques for financial planning and control. What youll need to succeed

• Implement activities under minimal supervision.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations on monthly financial figures from business units compared tobudget and last year and issue reports as required by the management. Analyze financial informationto produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making decisions.
• Develop Financial Strategic Planning as 3-Y Plan, strategic plan, Annual Plan & Quarterly Plan updates.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on annual and revised budgets, challenge assumption andpropose revisions. Prepare operating budgets based on previous figures or estimated revenue andexpense reports and using the Zero-Base Budgeting methodology selectively for priority area
• Build and manage a comprehensive KPIs model (Financial & Business) in line with Companysobjectives and captures all relevant info needed to manage the business.
• Analyze and follow-up of allmanagement and financial indicators.
• Provide Internal Control, ensure compliance with all Group Policies & Procedures and assistdepartments in running their businesses
• Prepare the Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statement, comparing the result with the Budget and the revised Budget TDB for relevant Business Units.
• Run a GAP analysis to maintain financial standards as budgeted and process revisions.
• Support accounting team in monthly closing process, preparation of journal entries, compilation offinancial statements and analysis of financial activity
• Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the fields of business, finance, and economictheory, to drive continuous improvement of financial reports and to evaluate their impact on thebusiness.
• Provide analytical support to various treasury or cross-function initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Participate in new projects by processing simulations for new joint ventures and preparing businessplans, study of the cash flow and P&L.
• Prepare and monitor the performance of internal rate of return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV).studies for new technological acquisition or development, proposed outlets and new products.
• Participate in projects such as:
  • Implementation of System/Tool for Budgeting, reporting, consolidation and analytics.
  • Implementation of monitoring tool for cash flow and cash managementParticipate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed.
