Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our growing Forex brokerage team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our trading services, and it plays a key part in our mission to deliver a seamless trading experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the forex trading platform.
  • Monitor and manage trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  • Handle client inquiries related to account operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and account verification.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist in implementing operational changes and new projects.
  • Analyse and report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with different departments to support client needs and company goals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
